Privacy statement

3Deden processes data to handle questions and requests and, only with your permission, to understand use of this webshop.

What data do we process?

  • Your Vinted username when you submit a request.
  • Name and contact details when you share them yourself for communication.
  • The products you select or ask a question about.
  • Quantities and notes you enter with a request.
  • Any shipping or order details when a request is confirmed.
  • With analytics permission: visited pages, traffic source, approximate location, and browser and device information.

Why do we process data?

Request data is used to answer questions, agree availability, deliver products and meet legal administration duties when a purchase is created. Analytics data is used only to understand visits and improve the webshop.

Storage and sharing

Data is not sold. Requests are stored locally for as long as needed to handle them and are only shared with parties needed for communication, shipping, payment through the chosen sales channel or administration. Analytics data is shared with one external party, Google.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. The _ga and _ga_* cookies expire after no more than 28 days and are not extended on every visit.

Your choice

You can reject analytics without losing access to the webshop. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings button. When you withdraw permission, analytics stops and the Google Analytics cookies are removed.
